The goal is to process all orders on the same day they are placed. Yes, signature confirmation is available as a request for certain shipping methods. If you would like to request signature confirmation for your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as you place an order as this option has not yet been added to our systems.

If you live in Canada, we've partnered with Canada Post for all shipments within Canada. There may also be times when you receive your order via another courier. For shipments entering the U.S, we may still dispatch your order via Canada Post, which then hands it off to USPS once outside our country. For all other shipment locations, we use a few major couriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, just to name a few."
