Delivery

BACKTOREALITY is dedicated to promptly dispatching orders in the sequence they are received, aiming for the quickest delivery possible. While we strive to meet the communicated delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If delivery extends beyond 20 days, you have the option to cancel your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in such rare occurrences.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. You will find the full delivery information on "My Account" section at backtoreality.co.

At BACKTOREALITY, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it due to our fast-dispatch processes at our warehouse. If you accidentally place an order or have changed your mind, it is your responsibility to return the item to us for a refund. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility, and requests to 'return item to sender' or cancel the delivery do not alter this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices displayed at backtoreality.co include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by law, but do not cover the delivery charge.

Regardless of your order's size or weight, the delivery charge remains consistent. Each delivery method's cost is transparently displayed during the checkout process. Should we need to dispatch your order in multiple shipments, there will be no additional charge for subsequent deliveries.

 

International Orders

Please be aware that BACKTOREALITY is not responsible for covering any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs regulations.

Orders within Canada & the U.S do not apply to this condition as all the above fees are included in their final total.
